Ok, I'm stealing this from my friend Andrew, who stole it from our friend Emma, who is just crazy enough to have come up with it.
Instructions: On your current playlist, hit shuffle and pick the first ten songs on the list (no matter how cheesy or embarrassing), and write down your favourite line of the song. Try to avoid putting the song title in the line. Then, have your friends comment and see if they know the songs.
That means you, punks!
1. I'm high but I'm grounded, I'm sane but I'm over whelmed ...
2. said hello belly button, though never had spoken ....
3. toura loura toura louraiyaaaaaaaye
4. It must feel good to stand above me, while I make you so proud of me, it must feel good that I'm now gone, I wish I could say that everyone was wroooooooooooooooooong
5. We are the youth, we'll take your faccism away, we are the youth apologise for another day ...
6. I can see you, your brown skin shining in the sun, you've got your hair combed back and your, sunglasses on baby
7. Soon I discovered that this rock thing was true, jerry lee lewis was the devil, jesus was an architect previous to his career as a prophet, all of a sudden I found myself in love with the world, so there was but one thing I could do, was ding a ding dang my dang along ling long ....
8. this is part of me ... and it's part of you ... syncronicity, yeah
9. This song had no words, so this song is on the movie I'm watching right now:
Hey, do you wanna come out, and play the game, it's never too late.
10. some silocone sister with a manager mister, told me I got what it takes, ....
How shall I see you through my teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaars ... I love camp, it makes me wish I could sing. They say it's a modern day fame ... I guess it is sorta similar, from what I've seen of fame anyways. I haven't seen it all yet, I need to though. I wish they had a section at the video shop specifically for musicals. They have most genres, but not musicals which is shit!!!
Anyways, today I have an interview with Affinity recruitment, I'm not worried because they've spoken with Gary and he gave me rave reviews, so I think they're impressed already ... I hope anyway. Their stupid office isn't in the CBD which is so stupid. This means I have to drive, which I'd rather not, I prefer to bus to distant places. I have to wear a suit, bleh. I can deal with having to wear black trousers with a shirt every day to work, it helps me assume the character I like to present to people I work with. It's like a costume. But I really don't like suits, they make me feel like I'm trying to prove something I shouldn't have to.
This afternoon Adam and I are supposed to play racquet ball. YAY!! EXCERCISE!!! Nah, racquet ball is quite fun. I'm not much of a sports player. I did enjoy (and recently discovered that I still do) playing football, but there's no future for women who play football unfortunately, I may have gone down that path. How weird would that have been. I seem to not be able to do the things I really love and am settling for things that can make me money. It's a pity that I can't combine the two, I have things working against me though, they seem to be particularly relentless things too.
