More dreams, not necessarily stargate
March 31, 2005 7:18 AM

Thursday, March 31
7:18 AM
I had another dream, isn't that great?!?!?! This time it wasn't about stargate, which is ok, but I do much prefer my stargate themed dreams. Anyway, I thought I would come on this morning and tell you all about it, rather than doing it at work when I've forgotten.

So mum and I are going on a holiday, I'm not sure where, but I know we're flying. We've gotten our bus (that's right, bus) all packed and we're off to the air port. Our plane leaves at 4:30 and we've arrived at about 2:30 so we have plenty of time ... for what I hear you ask. TO BE ROBBED, THAT'S WHAT!!! So we lock up the bus with all our shit in it, don't ask me how it was meant to get onto the plane. Now when I say shit I mean everything, like we've got our pantry in this beast.

After a while in the airport, naturally I get bored, so I grab the HUGE keys off mum and go to get something from the bus. This is when we first get robbed. These three guys come up and try to distract me and steal stuff from the bus while I'm not looking. Me, being as smart as I am doesn't fall for this, so I got all my stuff back.

They tried a few more times and eventually I couldn't find my MP3 player when I was looking for it, so the chase was on. I ran down this guy on a road that was apparently part of the airport according to my subconscious (remind me to take my subconscious more places so that my dreams actually make sense). So I chase down this guy who appears to be a regular sized person, I beat the shit out of him and get back my MP3 player and a pile of grog he's taken from us as well. Then he gets up and he's a FREAKIN GIANT!!!

I make it back to the airport at 4:00 in time for the flight and mum's at the bus, looking at the pantry. Apparently while I'd been away the other two guys had come back and pissed on everything. Includiing the broccolli and capsicum that were in this pantry ...

So there ya have it kids, I'm completely insane!!!

Stargate dreams
March 30, 2005 10:37 AM

So I had another weird stargate dream last night ... AND YOU ALL GET TO HEAR ABOUT IT!!!

I'm not sure of the details, it's a bit hazy, but anyway, we were on this planet (not sure how we got there, but I don't think it involved a stargate). We being Carter, O'Neill, Frasier, Jackson and myself, dunno where Teal'c was. On this planet the people were being controlled by some thing that was on the side of their head, much like in that episode with the dome, but this device was more like a knob than a catterpillar.

Somehow Frasier, who was more a soldier than a doctor got one of the knobs on her head and she was being controlled. I thought she should have known better. I got to ask Carter how the hell they keep some of their ear pieces in, because I noticed once that they were using the same ones we use at work ... I can't remember what her answer was, or if she even answered.

The guy we were staying with ended up coming at us with two knives, one was like a little vegetable knife, the other was some what bigger. Some how I managed to convinve him to drop them and then it was time to go. We pulled the knob off Frasier's head and made our unspectacular escape.

That's all I remember, it was really weird though and the place we were staying was on stilts or something and a fence featured in the dream some how. If I remember more I may blog again.

Easter, the chocolate holiday
March 27, 2005 6:00 PM

Ok, so it's easter and I suppose I should post. Last night, we had David and Hayley's joint 19th birthday party. We got David a bottle of Absynth ... it's the devil. Think ouzo with a vengance. I got shit faced and had a bunch of fun. We threw meat at each other and sang loudly, so it was business as usual.

Today I've been doing some 3d modelling. I can't tell you what it is, as it is top secret. It has something to do with an MGM logo though. It's lookin alright so far. I'm using Blender 3D, which is really cool. I've tried one or two other programs, but they suck. Blender 3D is really easy to use and it's free. It uses a lot of keyboard short cuts, so you're basically using the mouse with one hand and constantly hitting various keys with your other hand. It's a freakin good idea.

I've been watching stargate all weekend hahaha, made it all the way through season 7. I'm trying to find the bad discs so I can complain, I think I'm gonna need to write them down.

On Friday Vicki and I went to St. Kilda park ... apart from the children, it was fantastic!! We actually filmed some decent stuff, not just us dicking around. I also fixed Vicki's beast so that her floppy drive works.

Tomorrow I shall be bored and do nothing again. It'll be FANTASTIC!!!

I am indeed evil
March 24, 2005 9:34 AM

Thankyou Laura for pointing out that I never update my blog and that I am indeed evil. The latter of which is correct, the former, incorrect. HERE I AM UPDATING.

I just wanted to tell everyone about this dream that I had this morning. I don't know how many of you are familiar with Bam Margera and the whole CKY/Jackass/Viva La Bam thing, but anyway. Some how I was staying with the Margeras and they were filming an episode of Viva La Bam, in which I was to feature. We were doing something involving a car on which someone threw up and was sort of drowning in their stomach contents (I dunno). The details of that part of the dream are sketchy, so I'll skip to the interesting part. We were putting on a play for Bam's family (much like they do in Finding Never Land, all hail Johnny). The play was A Street Car Named Desire and I was to play Blanch. In our version, which by the way was a musical, Blanch cannot walk. Some how in the dream I knew that I had only been given the script the day before we were due to perform, so naturally I didn't know my lines. I bumbled my way through the first scene, then came the second scene, which was a musical number. It was Part of your world from the little mermaid which I had to sing while sort of dancing in a wheel chair ... it was great fun. Unfortunately after that I woke up, so I never found out what other musical numbers were written in. I'm sure there's plenty of other Disney classics that could have a place in Street Car.

Lunch time atrocities
March 18, 2005 11:41 AM

The lunch guy just arrived ... the following conversation ensued:

Nice buns <----- undesirable person

*cough* <---- me

No one else heard it I don't think. Lucky them. Although this person was standing just behind Alb ... lucky Alb.

Learning to juggle
March 17, 2005 11:49 AM

Ok Ok I know, I haven't blogged in a week, but I've been busy!!! ... ok that's a lie, I've been, well lazy and learning to juggle, so I haven't really had all that much to blog about ... apart from last Saturday.

Vicki and I decided that we'd go to that DVD/CD/Poster sale on at the showgrouns. Well I decided that I'd go and dragged Vicki along for the ride. So we're driving along South Road at Reynella and there's a car in front of us with a kid in it looking at us. Naturally Vicki was waving, I flipped the kid the bird and then another one popped up out of no where. Then they turned off, so I had Vicki wind down her window so I could scream at them ... it was fun.

We got to the showgrounds in one piece and got in the back gate which was strangely open. We walked for a bit and then found a security guard who told us how to get into the sale without paying. So we followed his instructions and slipped into the building. Someone asked us if we'd paid and Vicki, without even hesitating a nswered "Yeah!". Before she even realised that she'd lied we were browsing. I'm glad we didn't pay cuz there was hardly anything good there. I bought a Team America poster for $5. It's HUGE!!

After a fairly short time we got bored and decided it was time to go. Naturally we went back the way we had come, only to find that the gate we had entered through was now CLOSED!!! So we had to walk back through the showgrounds, out through the front gate and then all the way along the train track side of them back to the car. It was a fairly hot day too.

On the way home, we stopped and went op shopping to get costumes and such for this weekend. I found a cool teddy bear which I bought for $2 and names Clancy ... he has tourettes, don't laugh at him please, he's very sensitive about it. I also bought pyjamas and a dressing gown for my sleepy clown. Vicki bought clothes as well. Tonight I have to go shopping for slippers. I'm thinking beast feet or bunny rabbits. On Saturday I'm going shopping for lolly pops ... 200 of them. Anyone have any idea where to get cheap lolly pops from? I'm thinking Campbells Cash and Carry ... Should be a good night!

SUGAR!
March 10, 2005 10:18 AM

Right now I'm all hyped up on sugar ... damn peter and his birthday cakes. He's greek, so we had Baklava and some other creamy/custardy/wormy cake that I don't know the name of. They were both nice, I'm not a big fan of the nuts though. Walnuts I think they were.

I heard the special two on Nova this morning on the way to work. It's a nice song, I can see why Vicki goes on about it so. This morning I was reading Dooce.com and it seems she's been getting a bit of hate mail. I'd love to get some hate mail ... SEND ME HATE MAIL YOU BASTARDS AND SEND IT IN DROVES!!! Abuse me for pretending to have naked people and then only being a blog. Abuse me for swearing and complaining and such.

By the way, you should a ll read dooce.com, she's so funny. She talks about her baby and her dog and her husband ... Where as I just talk about ... well nothing generally. I WANT EVERYONE WHO ACTUALLY READS MY POSTS TO LEAVE ME A COMMENT ON THIS ONE SO THAT I KNOW WHO ACTUALLY READS ... Tell me a little about yourself, things like yearly income, sexual orientation, parents divorced or married, that sort of thing =OD.

How good? FUCKIN' that's how!
March 9, 2005 9:41 PM

... I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

How good is that new Papa Roach song? FUCKIN, THAT'S HOW!!!

Ok, now that I've done that, I have a confession to make. I had a Mars Bar the other night ... and tomorrow I'll be having cake, BUT IT'S OK BECAUSE I'M GOING TO JOIN THE GYM WITH ANNIE AND BURN IT ALL OFF!!! I've come to realise that there's not a lot of point in eating right if I'm not excercising enough as well.

Laura just read me out a bunch of things from the wieght watchers points book, she's making me feel hungry and I want junk food which is bad.

Anyway I'll let you guys know later how the gym goes. We're going to do a body balance class which is a hybrid of Yoga, Tai chi and Pilates.

MEDUSINARY!
March 3, 2005 5:35 PM

I'm starting a new section ... next month. It's going to be a sort of Urban Dictionary. It'll be called MEDUSINARY.

The first word so far is Dentist: A man who enjoys the sound of his own voice along with inflicting pain on others.

Stay tuned for more MEDUSINARY entries!

Bert is that you?
March 2, 2005 9:08 PM

Ok, so today was pretty funny. Well the day was boring, but it got better later on, like when Laura accidently farted when she was standing behind me. Then we were going home and listening to Nova when we discovered that we were right near the Casanovas. So we pulled in to the car park where they were and from here the story goes into skulling peach flavoured iced tea (which was feral) and winning tickets to a comedy show on Saturday night. I'm not sure it was worth the after effects of the tea, gross flavoured burps and stomach pains. It was funny none the less.

After that we stopped at a video store and I bought Will and Grace season 1 for $29.95. Eventually we got home. It took us a whole hour and a half to get home from the city with all the stop offs. A thoroughly enjoyable trip!

So I guess you're all wondering what last months funniest searches were. Well here they are:

Amanda Tapping naked (Oh I wish!!!)
Burnout tits
Spongebob Mindy Naked
Ernie Sex (Bert, is that you?)
