Phlegm
August 31, 2005 4:57 PM

Does everyone want to hear about my phlegm this morning? I think you do!!!

My throat was hurting heaps this morning, I meant to take a painkiller before I went to TAFE, but I forgot, so I ignored it all morning until the phlegm came. Now it didn't just come slowly, I was almost drowned in two sizeable globs of the stuff. They were unusually fleshy and upon inspection I discovered two fleshy blobs with what looked like blood vessesl in them. They were gross. Now why you ask was I inspecting my recently regurgitated phlegm? Well I wanted to know why they felt so fleshy ... I have no clue what these fleshy blood vesseled blobs were and I suspect I will never find out. If I hadn't already had them out I would have been convinced that they were my tonsils.

Doesn't that just make ya want to go and eat yoghurt or custard?

Why is it that there are no milk drinks, say iced coffee or iced chocoalte that don't have a shit load of sugar in them? I'm trying to cut as much sugar out of my diet as possible. I'm drinking green tea with honey in it as opposed to coffee with sugar ... that's really it now that I come to think of it. BUT WHY CAN'T I GET A DAMN MILK DRINK WITH LITTLE OR NO SUGAR?!?!?!?! MEET MY NEEDS DAMN YOU!

Prior engagement
August 28, 2005 8:24 AM

Well kids this marks the end of a rather nothing weekend. I was sick, which sucked. I couldn't go to work on Friday, which means less money which makes me a sad panda. On the shiny side of the coin is the fact that I got to mess around with a scanner that we've had kickin around for a while. It does slides so I went looking through mum's old slides and I found the following:
My Nanna and Poppa at my parents' engagement party

Now, I know I said that I would post a pic of Ned as soon as I had my camera, but I've had it for a few days now and I haven't posted a picture yet, so here's ned, in all his purple bow sporting glory!

Look everyone, it's NED!!

Well kids, that's about it, I shall try and post again before the end of the month. Now that I can't do it at work it makes it a trifle harder, I'll try though. But only because I love youse cunts so much. That was just for you Vicki =OD.

Sick at work
August 25, 2005 11:59 AM

Being at work and feeling sick sucks ass. On the upside I'm half way through the day. The work day anyway, I have to go to TAFE tonight. With any luck I wont die between now and then. I got pissed off at my lunch this morning. I cut the roll and it just went bad, so I'm getting a baguette from 27 cms, they're pretty nice. I don't think I'll be coming in to work tomorrow, but we'll have to see. I got home last night and lay in bed whimpering for about 3 hours before I fell asleep. I didn't even eat dinner. Didn't really feel like food. I didn't have breakfast this morning either, I couldn't bring myself to eat.

I'm off now to get my lunch. Catch you next time bloggerinos.

Black noise makers
August 24, 2005 9:09 AM

wow ... WOW. Tafe have new computers for us. They're fabulous. They make lots of noise, they're black and they have 19 inch flat panet monitors. The only down side is the keyboards, while they're very nice to type on, my favourite key is very small ... The Backspace key.

Careful, that's how presidents get elected
August 21, 2005 9:56 PM

Just watching a bit of channel 10's 40 year special here and I'd just like to share something with you all. Sandra Sully was talking about the 9/11 attacks and said this "I remember the americans were reluctant to call it terrorism ... I felt I had to make the call ... what else could it have been." That's a dangerous game you're playing there Sandra, it's how american presidents get elected.

Snaps to the anal beads
August 17, 2005 2:14 PM

Bit disappointed in Idol last night. Snaps to Marcia for wearing her anal beads out in public though. You go girl!!

Reusing wedding dress
August 16, 2005 7:22 AM

Well kids, last night marked the end of Big Brother 05. I'm a little disappointed that Timmy didn't win, but he'll go on to do better things. He was political in the correct way (I wrote right, but it didn't seem to fit, Timmy's a lefty all the way!), I'm looking at you Merlin.

I'd like to say congratulations to Gretel for finding a second use for her wedding dress. Not that I'm sure she's ever been married. For those of you out there who voted for Timmy, YOU DIDN'T WORK HARD ENOUGH!!! YOUR FINGERS SHOULD BE RAW, ALL OF THEM!!! And for those of you who voted for Greg, I hope you rot in hell with all those people who voted for Howard and there were a lot of them. Now I have nothing against Greg, but I'd like you all to think about what he and his brother are going to do with that money. I wont tell you exactly, but I will tell you it is probably going to involve a lot of sex.

I thought a lot more of this year's series of BB than last years, the house mates were better, the house was better, I was a big fan of the Friday night games and when I go in next year I hope they keep them. I love a chance to compete and make a giant fool of myself.

Thanks Christy for falling down every two minutes and giving us something to laugh at. Thanks Australia for getting Rita out of the house before my ears started bleeding. Thanks Australia for getting Dean out of the house before Rita to show him just how much of a twat he is. Thanks Michelle and Glenn for having sex on national TV, there's no point in lying, we all saw. Thanks Giana for representing South Australia so well, not only in Big Brother, but weight lifting, athletics, engineering, posing for Ralph and who knows what else. Thanks Constance and Nelson for leaving us early on, we never really liked you anyway and if you hadn't gone, we'd never have had Vesna. Thanks Hotdogs for conducting yourself with so much dignity upon leaving the house. Thanks Kate for being afraid of birds. Thanks Angela for being the first to leave, someone had to do it. Thanks Geneva for kissing everyone. Thanks Mike for being loud and bald, I like that. Thanks Health for only staying a REALLY short time. Thanks Melanie for being the level headed person over the last few weeks of the series. Thanks Vesna for screaming and being afraid of bugs. Thanks Timmy for being honest. Thanks Greg/David for being nice to look at.

Big Brother
August 15, 2005 7:07 PM

GO TIMMY!!! ALL THE WAY!!!

It's 6:34 am, I should still be in bed. No one should have to get up at this ungodly hour, it's just not right! Having said that, I used to be at the gym by this time most days, then it went back to about twice a week, then only on Mondays and then I quit. =OD. We went to visit some cousins yesterday and they've just gotten a new recumbant bike and will probably sell their old exercise bike to us. Now when I say old I'm talking like maybe a year old. Still in really good nick, with all the functions, etc.

Now, this morning I ordered my camera. Yes, I'm shopping online at 6:30 in the morning, is that a problem? I think it is. I'm running out of money and it's bad. Payday isn't until Thursday after next. I do so enjoy money, but I need to save more of it I think. I'm pretty sure it would help if I ate less food. I might have to give that one a go. Speaking of food, I made a second batch of ice cream last night. Cookie dough, Golden Rough and Milo ... I put too much stuff in and the machine got jammed so I had to stand there with a spatula and help it along, but it was worth it. This ice cream is pretty good. I was going to put some chocolate hazelnut spread in but the stuff we have is about 2 years out of date.

Ned Kelly and Ice Cream
August 13, 2005 5:13 PM

Well I did it. It took me 4 hours, but I did it. I painted Ned Kelly. A plaster statue that is, not the real outlaw, that would be creepy seeing as he's been dead for a fair while .... I'm gonna borrow mum's camera later and take a photo of it for you guys.

Now I notice no one made any guesses at my drawing. For those of you interested it was Claudia Black who is currently guest starring on Stargate ... with any luck she'll become a regular fixture, because let's face it, she's hilarious.

This weekend's first batch of ice cream just finshed churning, it's cherry ripe, chocolate chip and milo.

My back hurts now, so I'm gonna lay down for a while.

7 buttons, do you think that's enough?
August 11, 2005 11:06 PM

So, TAFE was short. The instructor basically said to us, if you have a faster computer at home, go and do today's exercise at home .. so having been there for around an hour I decided to fuck off home and try out my new toys. My keybaord and mouse ROCK!!! I'm really liking them. I'm sure once I get used to the new keyboard the typos will stop ... I hope. It's really nice to type with and it has lots of different buttons, as does my mouse. The mouse has 7 buttons and a scroll wheel which goes all 4 directions. It's a laser mouse which is the next evolution of optical mice, it's incredibly responsive, I love it.

I've spent some time trying to get used to the writing tablet. It's slightly difficult because I don't have an overly steady hand. I expect it will become better with practice though. We'll have to wait and see. It's a fairly different sensation because it doesn't really have an texture, would be nice to have a bit more friction although that might make it catch more which would suck. It came with different nibs ... I dunno how to change them though and I don't know that they would be much help. As soon as I come up with something cool I'll post it for you guys.

TAFE TAFE TAFE TAFE. TAFE TAFE TAFE TAFE.

My writing tablet and cordless desktop arrived today, I'm pissing myself in excitement. This is a bad thing as I'm sitting in a class. It's generally not a good thing to piss one's self in company.

Exciting purchases
August 10, 2005 5:08 PM

Well kids, my new Keyboard/Mouse and Writing tablet are on their way. They were dispatched this morning from CentreCom ... WHO NO LONGER GET MY CAMERA!!! This means I'll have to look else where, which is ok because Road Mogul seem to have it cheaper. Although they have none in stock. I'll just have to hope they can get more in. Speaking of hoping, I really hope that my stuff arrives before this weekend so that I can spend most of it messing around with the writing tablet. I think it's gonna be killer!! I just hope it's not as hard to use as I have a feeling it might be. Have to wait and see though. I'll be sure to post any wondorous creations that come about.

At TAFE at the moment, in a break. Just thought I'd post my latest drawing for you all to viddy. Can anyone guess who it is without looking at the file name? No one has guessed it correctly yet =O(

Plastery fun times
August 7, 2005 3:19 PM

I'm a bad blogger, I'm a bad bad blogger.

Ok, now that that's done with I'd like to talk about my new addiction. TO FLASTER FUN TIMES!!! We went again yesterday and we plan to go again next week. This week I did a powder blue hippo with pink toe nails. I painted a heart shaped tattoo on her ass and called her Oprah. I also did a care bear magnet for Annie, which she loved.

Last night was Annie's brother's 21st Bday party, it was great. We had a ball meeting new people and having a few drinks, eating good food and celebrating a well liked guy. We had a lamb on a spit and little party pies and such, it was great. Adam hurt his ankle a bit jumping on my back, but it was his own fault and he knows that. Later in the night when we went back to Hayley's house he stepped on my foot and hurt himself again, he's a bit of a disaster area at the moment.

As we speak I'm making Gelato. Chocolate Gelato. If you guys have any recipes for ice cream, send them to me and I'll give them a whirl and give you all a detailed report. But not too detailed, it will only span the pre-digestion journey of the ice cream, unless of course you want me to go there ...

I dunno about you guys, but I don't want to get one of those weird ass vibrating tooth brushes.

Tafination
August 4, 2005 9:21 AM

Started TAFE yesterday, it was TAFEY ... haha, I'm so funny.

Anyway, those of you who are regular visitors here may have noticed that I didn't exactly realise when the month changed. GO ME!!!

In other news, I'm at work at the moment, isn't that great? Last night I watched the second half of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Johnny Depp is a golden god!! I typed DOS then, I have computers on the brain! We're getting pizza for lunch tomorrow, but we're not sure where from yet. We were thinking Marcellinas but we'll have to see.

The hunt for pizza continues.

Tax return!
August 2, 2005 9:43 AM

WOO!!! I GOT MY TAX RETURN!!!
*dances* I'm in the money, I'm in the money, I got a lot of what it takes to get a lot!!!

Is that song from a musical, or is it just a song?

Smeg
August 1, 2005 10:04 PM

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Gretel said Smeg

I just watched the opening of BB uncut tonight ... this can only lead to bad things. HAHA. By the way Gretel has stolen the orin from the never ending story, make a wish biaaaatch!

4 minutes 51 seconds on the puzzle today, it's one of the stupid ass round ones that suck. I really don't like them, there's like 12 pieces and that's it. Very boring.
