FOR FUCKS SAKE!!! I just can't win with my damn phone. Everyone should take my word for it and don't fucking buy a Nokia 6280 or anything with the same software. It's fucked up. I've had the phone sent back twice. The first time, they upgraded the firmware, second time they replaced the phone and I just got it back today. They said they had tested it and it was working. Well it's fucking not, it doesn't remember words again!!! For example, I sent two messages, one with the word playstation and the other with the word fucking. My phone remembers neither of them.
So back I went to Optus World and they've decided that this time, they would call Nokia and see what the fuck is going on. The lady at the shop that gave me back my phone today had the audacity to try and tell me that it's probably just how the phone works. I turned to her and was about to say something, but the guy who was actually somewhat helpful jumped in and said something, I wasn't really listening. Now logically, if it was at one stage working and the ceased to work, one would assume that when it was working, that was considered normal operation ...
What I want them to do is give me a different phone, which means I'll have to think about which one I want.
