Just girls naked no boys
May 31, 2007 12:41 AM

SEARCH PHRASES!!

Now that I've moved the page, the searches have started again. There's really only been two good ones this month ... make that 3.

going to work naked
just girls naked no boys
girls that pop out of my computer naked

That last one is a little scary. I don't want girls popping out of my computer, naked or not.

Comment Crisis!
May 30, 2007 12:10 PM

I've been hit by spammers and as such I'm going to have to start approving comments, so from right now until the end of time, you will comment, then I will approve, then it will appear.

Thanks for listening and thank you VICKI for commenting.

Pirates of the Carribean, or as I like to call it, Johnny, Orlando and that girl that's kinda cute
May 29, 2007 7:23 PM

So I went to see Pirates this morning on my own (I'm looking at you Carly, you lazy bum!), it was totally worth getting out of bed at 9:30 this morning. I fell asleep at one stage in the movie, I'm not sure there was a whole lot going on at that time, so I didn't miss anything. I soon woke up thought because it started getting very interesting. I have to say it was slightly hard to follow, but I got the general gist, but honestly they should have made this in to two movies, it would have been a whole lot better. Not that it wasn't good, because it really was. It was a whole lot more serious that the other movies though and no where near as funny. The first movie was really funny, the second movie was not quite as funny, but still good and the third movie requires quite a bit of concentration.

I'm not sure which of the three movies is my favourite, I guess I need to watch them all again ... in fact, I might just get right on that when I get home. I know one thing is for sure, I will be buying them in some sort of boxed set. Now this has little to do with my love for Johnny Depp ... BAHAHAHA, okay that's a lie, it has a great deal to do with my love for Johnny Depp and my slight fondness for Orlando Bloom, along with my tollerance for Kiera Nightly.

I give it three thumbs up out of two, so it's well worth a look. Particularly if you've seen the other films.

Testing, Testing 1, 2, 3 ....
May 27, 2007 7:37 PM

I have to say, Im fairly disappointed in your commenting efforts. Im not sure what Im going to say in this post, Im really just writing this one to see if I can write the post in word and then copy and paste it in to the blog interface.

Ive been reading a lot of www.wherethehellismatt.com, mostly his early posts so far, covering New Zealand and Micronesia. He writes quite a lot, but its pretty much all interesting. Its the blog of the guy who made that dancing video I posted last month.

Today Ive been looing around my room for things I can sell. Ive found a few, well have to wait and see how well my auctions go ... when I post them that is. Ive been buying phrase books. Last week, I got the German one, today I won the Spanish one. Adam got me the French one from work last year. I downloaded a bunch of travel podcasts today, I have no idea when Ill get a chance to listen to them though.

I cant wait for Daria to come out on DVD, Im watching it at the moment, but Im missing seasons 2 and 4, so theres a big gap, I dont think I saw a lot of them when they were on TV either. I just saw all the same episodes over and over again. We had a good chat at work the other day about the good old TV shows we used to watch. Superted was the big winner.

New home
May 24, 2007 12:11 AM

So the new website is all up and working hurrah!

What does everyone think? I quite like it. I know I said something about a redesign, but I didn't do it. I was pretty much able to keep it the same. Test out the new commenting system! GO NUTS!

Raining Rats and Frogs
May 21, 2007 12:26 AM

So it's just now started bucketing the fuck down. Usually I can't hear it in my room, but it's currently so loud that I can't at all hear my TV. I think we may even have a touch of hail. I remembered about 10 minutes ago that I hadn't move my car in, glad I got up and did it now lol.

A couple of weeks ago, it was raining, not quite cats and dogs, but rats and frogs. Yep, thought of that all on my own.

Tonight I watched a movie called The King. It was about Graham Kennedy. Steven Curry payed him. He was very good. Very, very good. I haven't really seen him in much else since The Castle. Someone else I recognised was in it ... Mal from Neighbours .... or was it Darren. One of them, anyway. Angus Sampson played Ugly Dave Gray which was in itself hilarious.

Anyway, rain has stopped now, so I might be able to get to sleep.

Migration complete!
May 20, 2007 2:10 PM

WOO! All the posts are now in the new system. I just need to go through and check over the posts to make sure that all the pictures are there (and try to find the ones that are lost) and that all the links work. Sounds like fun right? Yeah, so much fun. Anyway, I've done most of the hard work, so now it's time for lunch. YAY!

Movable Type FTW!
May 14, 2007 1:33 PM

So the installation and setup of Movable Type seemed to go okay. I'm in the process of moving my content over. I will try and keep the comments, but I can't make any promises. The new blog looks just like the old blog, only better. Everything is automatic now, YAY!!! No more excuses for not being able to post at the start of the month because I haven't created the archives yet.

I'm going to try and make this my last post with blogger, I might have to hire some sort of child labour to migrate the content, but I'll get it done, YES I WILL!!! So I'll see you guys on the new site =OD.

Guilt Free 3 ... I mean 5
May 14, 2007 7:16 AM

So this morning in the shower, I was thinking about who my guilt free 3 would be and then promptly expanded it to the guilt free 5. The occur in the following order:

1. Johnny Depp
2. Daniel Radcliffe
3. Hugh Lawrie
4. Zach Braff
5. Amanda Tapping

Yes there is a woman in there, but she's the BEST!!! Aside from that, it wouldn't be so much the having sex with her as the conversation and to be honest, I don't think any potential partners would impose much guilt about her anyway.

Best video ever
May 13, 2007 3:09 PM

I should have posted this video some time ago, I can't recall doing so, but it's possibly my favourite ever video on YouTube.

Movable Type is moving in!
May 12, 2007 1:03 PM

So at the moment I'm trying in install Movable Type on my new web server so that I can make some cool changes to this site. Not sure what yet, but I'm sure they'll be cool. Now it's not that I don't like blogger and it did take me ages to get the site to the point at which it stands now in terms of automating things to happen when I blog, but I'm going to try and further automate them, particularly in terms of monthly archives. I may even do a re-design, not sure yet though.

I started this blog back in September of 2003 when I was in year 12, I guess I needed something to give me a distraction from school and give me an outlet for my disdain for my impending failure. I suppose I could have tried harder, but really, it was easier just to not do so well and pick things up from there. It's all turned out pretty well so far.

So stay tuned guys, we'll see what I can come up with.

I got ma moneys back!
May 2, 2007 9:10 AM

For those who are wondering, yes it did work out ok. I checked my credit card account this morning and Optus did the right thing and did an authorization reversal, I have the credit back. SO RELIEVED!!! It's a bit bad that I had to spazz out and confuse the accounts person at optus, so that they transferred me through to their team leader to get the right thing done, but it's all fixed now, so I'm happy.

The moral of the story is, don't pay bills when you're drunk! Just go to bed!

Now, because of this, I exceeded my credit limit and had to have it increased, but I only increased it just far enough to cover this huge transaction, so I still exceeded it with other transactions made last week that came through on Monday and Tuesday. Then, last night I receive a call from Westpac offering me a free upgrade to my credit card, saying I had been specially selected. So this leads me to believe that by exceeding my credit limit, I popped up on their special lists, saying they should give me more credit to put myself farther in debt .... thanks Westpac, what a great bank you are! The jokes on you though because you wont be getting any interest payments out of me!
