Yes I know They Might Be Giants have been around for ever, and I've known about them for a while, but before I heard this song, they were just another band to me. Now they're important.I'm not even going to pretend to know what this song is about, but here's the film clip. I guess I just think it's fun.

So yesterday we went out to St Kilda park, there were bogans and their bogan kids and emos. Much fun was had by us!
Bastards got me on the sea saw and tried to kill me, so then I tried to kill Adam. We put Adam on the rope thing and tried to pull him up the hill by his pockets, but he was too fat. We went on the spinny dealey and went down the awesome slides. It was so much fun. Then we tried to go for a walk in the Mangroves, but they tried to charge us $6.90, so we told them to fuck off.July 8, 2007 1:32 PM
So I've installed this program called Ecto, it's so that I can create blog entries when Im not online and then upload them later. I'm testing it to see if I want to buy it .... I guess I could write my own also. That would take a bucked load of work and I really wouldn't know where to start.
So here's hoping this works.

So although you can't see my blog right now, I am still able to post. It's because I'm magic.
Ok, that's not the reason, but I am. Anywho, the reason you can't see my blog is because my domain name (nakedmedusa.com) died. I have to call Jumba tomorrow to fix it up. It appears they didn't renew it.
On to more pleasant things like coffee and nice foreign films. That's what I'm up to this Sunday morning, I have a nice big cup of coffee and I'm watching A Very Long Engagement. I've not seen it before. The other thing I'm doing this morning is trying to breathe. Now, this may seem a somewhat mundane pastime, but it's actually taking some effort as I have some kind of fucked up nasal thing that seems to be going around work at the moment. My nose just squeaked, of it's own accord, no provocation, just came out and squeaked, well done nose, for today, making me feel like shit and in pain =O).
With a any luck, this will be viewable some time Monday or Tuesday. In all truthfulness, it's just a blog, so no biggie, but I'm wondering how many others have stuffed up. As a side note, this post began as something about nice things on Sundays and has ended up being about me winging about my nose, go me!

Oh yes, we have the tickets, oh yes, we do. I am amazing at buying concert tickets, I love the internets. =OD
Now, on to other business, I've been working hard on watching movies and I think I've watched about 80 or so. I think this is a monumental achievement. I've made it all the way through the ones that are in order and Im now watching 10 things I hate about you, one of my most favourite movies. At some stage I'll try and post a list. After this I have to start on the TV shows. I counted the discs the other day and found that I have 285 TV show discs, so there's gonna be a fair amount of effort to get through those.
Update: Ok, so 10 things I hate about you was in sleeve #100, but it may not be the 100th film Ive watched as there have been special features discs that I have skipped over. I'll definately have to count up the ones I have watched.
Anyway, story about 10 things I hate about you. I saw it at the cinemas when it came out in June of 99. I was in year 8 and I'd just started going to Marion with David, Michael, Adelaide and Claudia. So off we went to see it as an advanced screening, which was going to cost us only $3. When we got there, we found it was sold out, but we REALLY wanted to see it. So we decided to jump on a bus and head to Glenelg and see if we could catch it there. I dont remember if we got all the way there or not, but what I do remember is walking down diagonal road to get back to Marion, we ended up getting a bus half way. Anyway, we made it back to Marion and suddenly it wasn't sold out. So we got to see it after all. Thanks or not to this story, I really like the film.
